The Louisiana Chemical Manufacturing Initiative (LCMI) is a specialized community that received designation from the federal government as an IMCP, Investing in Manufacturing Communities Partnership. LCMI includes members from the government, higher education, industry, foundation entities, non-profits, and other community organizations.
